Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Analytic Vibes (the “app”) and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

The licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Your accounts elsewhere

The app reads third-party services (PostHog, Supabase, RevenueCat and others) using credentials you supply. You are responsible for having the right to use those credentials, for scoping them correctly, and for complying with each provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for those services being unavailable, changing their APIs, or charging you for the queries the app makes on your behalf.

Free and Pro

The app is free to use with limits: 1 product, 2 data sources and 6 metric cards, and the Day and Week ranges. Pro is a subscription that removes those limits and adds the Hour and Month ranges.

Pro is offered as a monthly and an annual subscription. The price of each is the one Apple shows you, in your own currency, at the point of purchase. We do not quote it here, because the App Store is the only authority on what you will actually be charged. Prices may change; a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.

The free trial

The annual plan may start with a free trial. Whether you are offered one is decided by the App Store, not by us: it is an introductory offer available once per Apple Account, and the app only advertises it when Apple confirms you are still eligible. The monthly plan has no trial.

A free trial becomes a paid subscription automatically when it ends, unless you cancel it first. The app tells you this before you start one, and can send you a local reminder before the trial ends if you ask it to. Cancel any time before the last day in your Apple Account settings and you will not be charged; you keep Pro until the trial period runs out either way.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue them. Request one through Apple’s Report a Problem page.

What happens to your data if Pro lapses

Nothing you already have is deleted, hidden or downgraded. If a subscription ends while you hold more products, sources or cards than Free allows, all of them keep working: you can view, refresh, edit and remove them. Only adding another asks you to subscribe again.

Availability, and what the app does not promise

The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the numbers it displays are accurate. They are read from your third-party services and are only as correct, complete and current as those services make them.

The daily digest and background refresh are best-effort. iOS decides when a background refresh runs; it can arrive late or be skipped entirely. Do not rely on the app as an alerting or monitoring system for anything critical.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business decisions taken on the basis of a number the app displayed.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change with any material update. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
